Lorin Miller served as head women’s softball coach at Cloud County Community College from 1993-2000. Under his direction, the Lady Thunderbirds never had a losing season and captured the first KJCCC conference championship in school history in 1998. Miller served as assistant men’s basketball coach for five seasons and women’s assistant for 14 seasons. While assisting the women’s basketball team, CCCC won the 2001 NJCAA Division I National Championship becoming the first Kansas team to accomplish the feat. He was also on the bench for CCCC’s 2011 Region VI Championship and eighth-place finish in the National Tournament.
