Chad Myers attended Cloud County from 1993-1994, becoming a two-time NJCAA Division II Region VI runner-up and national qualifier for the men’s golf team. The native of Manhattan, Kansas would continue his playing career for his hometown Kansas State University Wildcats from 1994-1996, competing in two Big Eight Championship Tournaments. Following graduation, Myers competed on the Just Play Golf Tour from 1996-1998. After his playing career, Myers became the Assistant Golf Professional at Desert Willow in Henderson, Nevada. He’d gain PGA Membership in 2001 before going on to serve as the Head Golf Professional at Colbert Hills as well as Head Professional and Clubhouse Manager at Wamego Country Club. Myers is a three-time Midwest Section PGA Public Merchandiser of the Year and currently works as the PGA Professional Club Manager at the Wamego Country Club, where he earned Golf Professional of the Year honors for the Midwest Section of the PGA in 2018.
