Athletic Training

2021-22 Athletic Training

Welcome to Athletic Training at Cloud County Community College. CCCC is home to ten varsity sports programs and is a member of the prestigious Kansas Jayhawk Conference. Each sport has seen their fair share of success with a high number of athletes receiving conference, regional, and national awards for their success. In 2001 the Cloud County Community College T-Bird Women's Basketball team won the NJCAA National Championship. Success at this level requires the support of Athletic Trainers, both certified and students, to help prepare them for that success and provide medical care if they become injured.

Cloud County Community College's Sports Medicine Department has scholarships for students interested in working first hand with the Thunderbird student-athletes. Our nationally ranked sports teams give you the opportunity to work and travel to all parts of the United States.
