Brad was the long-time editor and is the current publisher of the Blade-Empire Publishing, Co.  Beginning with his role as a member of the original College Steering Committee in 1963-1964, Lowell has been actively involved in the promotion and success of Cloud County Community College and its athletic and educational programs. Brad was a founding member of the school’s first athletic booster organization and has served as a member of the CCCC Foundation Board of Directors from 1996 to the present. He and his wife, Lee, have served as host parents for dozens of Cloud athletes through the years.
