Jerome served as Director of Student Services at Cloud County Community College from 1968-2000, during which time hone of his responsibilities was the administration of the athletic program. Letourneau, a graduate of Aurora High School, was involved in the hiring of six CCCC Hall of Fame coaches. He was directly responsible for the creation of the athletic scholarship program, formation of the athletic booster club, and on-campus housing at Cloud. Jerome’s additional duties included being in charge of financial aid, transportation, food service, and the college bookstore.
