Harry Kitchener has coached over 100 NJCAA All Americans in cross country and track and field in his twenty-nine years as coach at Cloud County. Kitchener was named NJCAA National Indoor Track Coach-of-the-Year in 1994, Region VI Outdoor Track Coach-of-the-Year in 1999 and Region VI Indoor Track Coach-of-the-Year in 2001. Harry is currently serving his sixth three-year term as National President of the NJCAA Women’s and Men’s Track and Field Coaches Association. Five times, Kitchener coached teams have finished in the top three at the NJCAA National meets. Fifteen of Coach Kitchener’s former athletes are currently coaching the collegiate level with many more at the high school level.
