Cloud County Community College redshirt freshman Manasseh Stackhouse has been named the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday, January 13.

Stackhouse averaged a double-double as the T-Birds earned road victories at Fort Hays Tech Northwest and Garden City Community College last week.

The 6-foot-7 forward averaged 25.0 points on 59.5 percent shooting and 11.0 rebounds per game.

The Zion, Illinois native posted a season-high 26 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field, including knocking down three treys, in the team's 92-73 win at Fort Hays Tech Northwest. Stackhouse added 10 rebounds. He then tallied a game-high 24 points and 12 rebounds in the team's 87-85 victory at Garden City.

Stackhouse, Cloud County's team leader in points per game and rebounds per game, now has three double-double performances in the team's last four games. The T-Birds have won three straight since returning from the Christmas holiday break.

Cloud County (9-7, 4-6 KJCCC) will return home to take on the Butler Community College Grizzlies on Wednesday, January 14 at 8 pm.
