Box Score The Cloud County Community College women's basketball team notched their third consecutive win on Wednesday, November 12, defeating Bethany College JV in non-conference play inside Arley Bryant Gymnasium. The victory improved the T-Birds' record to 3-1 overall.
Four T-Birds scored in double-figures, with freshman guard
Jelena Jankovic leading the charge with 20 points and three assists. Jankovic connected on 3-of-6 from three-point range. Freshman forward

Shea Wurtz scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while freshman guard
Camiah Muldrow added 10 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals.

The T-Birds took control early, building a comfortable 17 point lead at the end of the first quarter and pushing their advantage to 27 points, 49-22, heading into halftime. Cloud County continued their dominance in the second half, limiting Bethany College to 35.1 percent shooting from the field and 28.6 percent shooting from behind the arc.
Cloud County ended the night shooting 30-of-76 (39.5 percent) from the field and 8-of-23 (34.8 percent) from deep. The T-Birds also shot 19-of-24 (79.2 percent) from the free-throw line.
The T-Birds continue their current four-game homestand on Saturday, November 15 when they host North Platte Community College. The game will tip at 2 pm inside Arley Bryant Gymnasium.
