Cloud County Community College freshman Ian Razak has been named the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) West Division Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday, March 17.

Razak, a left-handed pitcher frm McPherson, Kansas, tossed six innings in Cloud County's 24-1 road win over Garden City Community College in KJCCC play. Razak scattered two hits and one walk while striking out seven batters on his way to his third win of the season.

Razak has made three starts, including two starts in KJCCC action. This season, he's allowed just four earned runs in 23.1 innings pitched with 21 strikeouts. Razak has a 1.54 ERA.

Razak's Pitcher of the Week recognition is the fourth time a T-Bird has received weekly honors this season, following Simon Baker on February 24, Stocton Timbrook on March 3, and Kellan Burke on March 10.

The T-Birds return to action for a KJCCC doubleheader against Colby Community College at Lee Doyen Field in Concordia on Thursday, March 19. First pitch is scheduled for 1 pm.
