Cloud County Softball Moves Pratt Home Doubleheader To Sunday, March 20th

CONCORDIA, Kan. - Forecasted rain throughout the early stages of next week has forced the movement of the Cloud County Community College softball home doubleheader with Pratt Community College to Sunday, March 20th at 2 PM.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 22nd at 2 PM, both the T-Birds and Beavers have agreed to move the games up 48 hours to get out in front of what forecasted to be a very wet beginning to next week that has over an inch of rain forecasted between Monday afternoon and Wednesday evening.

With the change, Cloud County will now play six games in a four-day span that began yesterday afternoon with a road doubleheader at Cowley Community College and continues tomorrow with a Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference doubleheader at Hesston College tomorrow afternoon. Pratt is off to a 1-11 start this season and will be at Seward County for a KJCCC doubleheader on Saturday afternoon before turning around with the trip to Concordia on Sunday.

Any future schedule changes regarding Cloud County baseball games will be announced as they are finalized on www.cloudtbirds.com as well as the Cloud County athletics Facebook page (Cloud County Athletics) and Twitter page (@CCCCSports).
