The Cloud County Community College baseball team remains No. 5 in the latest NJCAA Division I Baseball Rankings Presented by Netting Professionals.

Johnson County Community College remains No. 1 in the nation. Midland College is ranked No. 2, Chipola College is ranked No. 3, and Gaston College is ranked No. 4.

The T-Birds (39-4, 21-3 KJCCC) swept a non-conference doubleheader with Coffeyville Community College last week to extend their win streak to seven games. The T-Birds won game one 10-6 in seven innings, before taking game two by a final of 15-6.

Cloud County plays at Kansas Wesleyan University JV next on Monday, April 20 at 7 pm before a four-game KJCCC series against Barton Community College, beginning with a home doubleheader on Thursday, April 23 at 1 pm.
