The Cloud County Community College wrestling team will open the new year by competing against top-tier teams from across the country when they compete at the 2026 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Coaches Association Duals on Friday, January 9, and Saturday, January 10 at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in Miami, Oklahoma.

Competition is scheduled to begin at 9 am both days inside the Glen Wolfe Student Activity Center. Live results will be available on FloWrestling.

This year marks Cloud County's fifth straight appearance and seventh overall at the NJCAA Coaches Association Duals. The T-Birds are 8-22 all-time in the event. Last year, Cloud County went 0-5 at the tournament, with dual losses to top-ten-ranked Clackamas Community College and Triton College, as well as Big Bend Community College, Northwest College and Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa.

Individually, Cloud County freshman Brayden Hill has earned the No. 10 national ranking at 285 lbs. in the latest NJCAA Men's Wrestling Rankings, released January 8 by Open Mat. The freshman from Garden City, Kansas is 22-7 on the season and has three individual tournament wins. Hill secured the top spot at the Maverick Open on November 8, followed by a first place finish in the amateur division at the Younes Hospitality Open on November 22, and a first place finish at the Conner/Oppenheim Doane Open on December 6. Hill has eleven victories coming via pin fall, nine by decision, and two technical fall wins.
