Weather Forces Baseball Series With Pratt To Saturday And Sunday

CONCORDIA, Kan. - Additional changes in forecasted weather expected to make its way across the state of Kansas over the course of the next 24 hours has forced a second schedule change to this weekend's Cloud County baseball series with Pratt Community College. 

Originally scheduled to start today with a 1 PM doubleheader in Pratt which was then moved to a Friday and Saturday series, Cloud County will now host games one and two of the four-game Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference series at Lee Doyen Field with a 1 PM start time on Saturday, March 20th. Games three and four of the series will now be played in Pratt at Stanion Field on Sunday, March 21st with the doubleheader slated to begin at 1 PM. 

Dating back to the 2017 season, Cloud County has won 15 of the last 16 meetings with Pratt with the lone loss coming on March 10th, 2019 with a 4-3 loss to the Beavers. Only four games since 2017 between CCCC and PCC have come in Concordia, with Cloud County sweeping doubleheaders at Lee Doyen Field in both 2018 and 2021.
