This month, the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) announced the 2025 baseball all conference teams. Freshman
Cole Linton earned KJCCC West Division Pitcher of the Year, while 10 players were selected to the All-KJCCC West teams.

Nolan Freund, sophomore pitcher
Caden Marcum and redshirt freshman outfielder
Matthew Evans all earned first-team honors. Sophomore catcher
Cam Macleod and sophomore pitcher
Noah Bourgeois were named to the second team. Sophomore outfielder
Austin Coyle, sophomore pitcher
Jack MacIntosh, freshman middle infielder
Joey Marino and freshman pitcher
Stocton Timbrook all earned honorable mention honors.
Linton earned Pitcher of the Year and First-Team honors after posting a 7-2 record on the mound this season. Linton, originally from Goodland, Kansas, had a 4.28 ERA after throwing in a team-high 69.1 innings where allowed 33 earned runs on 68 hits with 55 strikeouts while walking only six batters. Linton pitched three complete games and had six games with five or more strikeouts.
Freund became Cloud County's all-time and single-season hits leader after becoming the first T-Bird in program history to tally 100 hits in a season. Freund, from Kingman, Kansas, ranked third in the KJCCC West in batting average at .422 to go with a .641 slugging percentage. Freund led the team with 71 runs batted in while adding 23 doubles, one triple and nine home runs.Â
Marcum, a transfer from Blinn Community College, earned a spot on the first team after he went 6-2 on the mound this season. Marcum led the team with 85 strikeouts and had a 4.18 ERA, giving up just 28 earned runs on 43 hits. Marcum, a native of Paola, Kansas, held opposing teams to a .189 batting average.
Evans, a transfer from the University of Nebraska, finished the season batting .356 with 74 hits, 60 runs scored and 50 runs batted in. Evans, from Tillonsburg, Ontario, Canada, led the team with seven triples to go with 11 doubles and eight home runs.
Macleod earned second-team honors after leading Cloud County with 13 home runs on the season. Macleod, originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, hit .308 on the year with 45 hits, 48 runs scored and 51 runs batted in. Behind the plate, Macleod had a .997 fielding-percentage with 329 put outs and 26 assists with 10 runners caught stealing.
Bourgeois, a native of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, made 17 appearances including three starts for Cloud County this season. Bourgeois had a 6-2 record with a 4.57 ERA after throwing 43.1 innings, allowing 22 earned runs on 34 hits with 56 strikeouts. Bourgeois held opposing hitters to a .211 batting average.
Coyle, an outfielder, earned a honorable mention selection after he finished with a .319 batting average with 73 hits, 74 runs scored and 49 RBI. Coyle, originally from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, had nine doubles, six triples and nine home runs.
MacIntosh started nine games and made 17 appearances in the Cloud County pitching rotation this season. MacIntosh, a native of Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, had a 3-1 record with a 4.54 ERA. MacIntosh pitched in 39.2 innings, allowing 20 earned runs on 41 hits with 33 strikeouts.
Marino, another native of British Columbia, Canada, also earned honorable mention honors. Marino batted .373 on the year with 76 hits, 50 runs scored and 68 RBI. Marino had a .474 on-base percentage and was second on the team in doubles with 16 while adding one triple and eight home runs.
Timbrook made 23 appearances and four starts for Cloud County in 2025, ending the year with a 5-2 record and a 5.13 ERA. Timbrook, from Abilene, Kansas, threw 40.1 innings, giving up 23 earned runs on 39 hits while striking out 42 batters.
Cloud County finished the 2025 season at 48-17 overall, marking the most wins in program history after the T-Birds reached the NJCAA Region 6 Plains District Baseball Tournament final for the first time in school history.
