The Cloud County Community College men's cross country team placed 23rd out of 30 teams at the 2025 NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 8 at Lakeside Golf Course in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

The T-Birds posted the fifth best score among Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference schools.

Sophomore Gelasa Degefa Abdisa was the T-Birds' top individual finisher in 58th place. Abdisa ran the 8k race in 27:07.0. Freshman Davis Miltner crossed the line in 59th with a time of 27:07.5.

Others to finish for Cloud County included freshman Nicholas Johnson (155th; 29:25.8), sophomore Cody Sharp (175th; 30:08.8), freshman Zeb Schultze (177th; 30:12.5), sophomore Abdelaziz Benbrahim (185th; 30:38.6), and freshman Jesus Baltazar (189th; 30:59.6).

Iowa Central took the team title with a total score of 58. Hutchinson Community College and Butler Community College rounded out the top three.
