                    Box Score The Cloud County Community College volleyball team dropped a non-conference road match to Central Community College in three sets Wednesday, October 15 at Raider Field House in Columbus, Nebraska. Despite strong play, the T-Birds fell 25-27, 23-25, 24-26.
With the loss, Cloud County falls to 6-23 overall, while Central Community College improves to 14-13 on the year.
Cloud County returns to Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) action on Saturday, October 18 when they travel to Hutchinson to face the Hutchinson Blue Dragons. Hutchinson is currently 12-15 overall and 4-8 in KJCCC play. The Blue Dragons have lost four of their last five matches, including a four-set road loss to Garden City Community College on October 15.
Hutchinson has won 19 straight meetings over Cloud County dating back to 2014, including earning a four-set win over the T-Birds on September 17, 2025, 23-25, 25-19, 16-25, 12-25. In that match, sophomore outside hitter 
Iza Caroline da Silva recorded nine kills. Freshman 
Elizabeth Schuster also tallied nine kills on a .400 attack percentage with three blocks, while sophomore 
Carlie Carlgren added eight kills. Redshirt freshman setter 
Addyson Ogle contributed 34 assists and four digs. Sophomore libero 
Beatrice Giusti added 17 digs, while sophomore 
Reachert Chiquin tallied eight digs.
First serve of Saturday's match is scheduled for 6 pm at the Hutchinson Sports Arena in Hutchinson, Kansas.
