Madi Odette is entering her tenth year with Cloud County Community College. She currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Eligibility and Compliance, overseeing all aspects of student-athlete eligibility, compliance, and athletic department operations.

In her position, Odette manages a wide range of responsibilities, including student-athlete eligibility certification, NJCAA compliance, National Letter of Intent processing, and international student-athlete documentation. She works closely with coaches, campus departments and the NJCAA to ensure that all student-athletes and athletic programs remain in compliance with governing rules and regulations.

In addition to her compliance duties, Odette oversees various game-day operations and special events. She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Health and Human Performance Department.

A former Cloud County softball student-athlete, Odette returned to her alma mater as an assistant softball coach from 2017-2019. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, she has held various roles within the college before transitioning into athletic administration.

Odette earned a Masters of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University in 2016.

Odette resides in Concordia with her husband, Colton, and their son, Carter.
