Ryan McCullough is in his first season as assistant track and field coach and will primarily help with the throwing and multi-event athletes. 

A native of Cadillac, Michigan, McCullough graduated from Central Michigan University in 2012 with a degree in Outdoor and Environmental Recreation.  McCullough had a distinguished career at Central Michigan.  A former All-American, he holds the Central Michigan school record in the Hammer Throw with a toss of 210'7".  He was the champion in the Mid-American Conference in the event.  He also earned the Mid-American Conference Outstanding Field Performer award as well.

McCullough most recently was assistant track and field coach at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and has also served as volunteer assistant coach at Central Michigan University and worked as a coach with the Dynamo Throws Club.
