Dunning-Hammel Baseball Training Facility

The Dunning-Hamel Baseball Training Facility is a state of the art 5,250 foot heated indoor training facility for the baseball program. Players can access the facility day or night for team and individual workouts. The facility was opened in March of 2018. Over $200,000 of funds were raised for the facility. The campaign was spearheaded by Cloud County baseball alumni Jim Dunning and Zach Hamel. Dunning and Hamel made lead gifts to the facility. The "DH" features three retractable 85'X14'X14' cages. The facility also features a hack attack pitching machine, indoor pitching mounds, pitchers performance area with J-Bands and Plyocare wall, Bluetooth sound system, LED Radar Gun Display, and viewing room/lounge at the entryway of the facility.
